In a strategic move, we are currently acquiring gas purchase agreements with producers for a secure two-year term at predetermined rates. Our operational capabilities allow us to accommodate large-scale data centers, offering power solutions at remarkably competitive prices, coupled with a revenue-sharing model based on mined BTC. Alternatively, we stand prepared to deliver smaller on-site data centers tailored for volumes below 300 thousand cubic feet per day.

Presently, our substantial gas reserves in various regions of Oklahoma hold the potential to generate over 12 megawatts of cost-efficient power.
